If you find that your product does not function properly we offer store credit returns. You must be able to prove your purchase with a receipt or a customer account with us where we can find your purchase.

When we get an online order to ship somewhere we pull all the items from the shelf and fully inspect them for parts & function. If any issues arise we will contact you detailing the cosmetic or function issues to get final approval before shipping. If the shipping calculator has vastly under priced shipping we will invoice you for the difference or refund you the item that is unaffordable to ship.

Anything that makes it to shipping out is not eligible for returns as any issues will have been pre-disclosed and given approval by the customer. Any further damage incurred by shipping can be taken up with the shipping handler with our assistance.
