Shipping policy

We ship 2-3 days after receiving the order. We ship via UPS and USPS Ground. Shipping is charged separately or calculated at checkout and paid by the customer. Returns are excepted if product is functionally problematic, but the return shipping is at the cost of the customer, with the refund for the cost of the item being processed once the item has been received.
