A 10% Buyer’s Premium (BP) will be added to the winning bid price of each item won and listed on the final invoice emailed to the customer.

A 9.667% sales tax will be applied to all taxable purchases in accordance with Oklahoma law (Oklahoma State, Sapulpa, and Creek County combined rate).

Sales tax will apply to the total invoice amount (winning bid price plus buyer’s premium) unless a valid tax-exempt permit is on file with Bradley’s Bargains prior to payment.

Tax-exempt buyers must:

• Provide a valid tax-exempt permit
• Leave a note to the seller during registration indicating tax-exempt status

Failure to provide proper documentation before invoicing will result in sales tax being charged. Tax exemption approval is subject to verification. Any Sales Tax charged due to a customer failing to provide adequate documentation or notice will not be subject to refund after charges have been finalized.

All sales are final. Items are sold as-is with all faults. We recommend carefully reviewing all item descriptions and photos before bidding. All bids are a binding purchase contract.

• Bringing adequate help for loading and removal of their winnings from the premises.

• Dispose of any trash relating to their removal of the item from the premises.

Loading assistance by staff is not guaranteed.

Repeated failure to pick up items may result in:

• Cancellation of the sale without refund

Items left beyond two (2) weeks after the auction close date, without prior arrangements, may be deemed abandoned and resold without refund.
