Yes, these are primarily Home Depot store/online returns. They are returned for many different reasons.
I would say 30% of the product we get is damaged. We catch 50% of those items and they never even make it onto the shelves, the remaining 15% could be anything from cracked glass pane to just missing 1 screw.
We highly encourage inspecting your products before purchase if you are concerned about it, if you are online only - reach out to us about which product you are interested and we can do a deep dive inspection.

Yes, we allow returns but shipping is at the expense of the customer. Exceptions may apply, as each situation is unique.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-2 days to ship out and ship via UPS or USPS Ground which takes 2-4 days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We have a flat shipping charge of $25 for everything since that covers most of our items. The larger items that are not able to be shipped the cost is $500 so no one accidentally orders those. Thank you for understanding that the larger items are local pickup only - vanities, bathtubs, toilets, tile, butcher blocks.
